Five of our caterpillars made cocoons last night, and that wasn’t even the most exciting thing that happened today! We also had not one, not two, but THREE special visitors!
First, we had a special Halloween visit from one of our student’s Grandma’s, who came all the way from New York City to help us make some Jack-o-Lanterns.

When we went out to the playground, we found two more new friends. Maria and Bernardo are 2-week-old pygmy goats. They don’t have many teeth yet, so they drink out of a bottle. We learned that we have to be very still so that they don’t run away!
