Last week we unveiled the playground’s newest feature, the Mud Box. Children’s love of digging is part of their connection to Nature. The Mud Box does have an open bottom, so they can dig into the Earth itself–without getting their clothes too dirty.
We are grateful that on Friday, one of our student’s parents came to talk to the school about germs. She brought with her a model of a cold germ (magnification 1 million+) and discussed how germs live on and in our bodies. Germs also spread when we touch each other. This was simulated with gold […]
Yesterday, our little artists learned to make their own ink. With Dorte’s guidance, they make ink out of Spinach and then used it on some art!
