Having experienced the transformative impact of Montessori education as a child myself, I now eagerly embrace its child-centered philosophy as an educator. I firmly believe that a child’s innate drive to explore and discover lays the foundation for meaningful education, making the Montessori approach a perfect fit.

I hold a BS in Mass Communication and Advertising from Texas State University. After relocating to Austin in 2020, I discovered my true passion for education amidst the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic. My time working with children as a summer camp counselor and nanny provided me with the opportunity to work with children who had diverse personalities and learning styles. As a camp counselor, I guided children through enriching outdoor activities that fostered teamwork and creativity. Meanwhile, my role as a nanny allowed me to deeply appreciate each child’s individuality while supporting their emotional and cognitive growth. I am excited to bring my enthusiasm, adaptability, and dedication to the HMS community. Outside the classroom you can find me running, enjoying live music, or reading at Zilker park.
